Fear - other perspective

What is fear? (brief)

Fear is a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, it is necessary for people to remain solicitous in dangerous situations. It evokes man's primal instincts for survival and is consequential in one's sub-conscious decision making.

Fear tells one to flee, tells one to react quickly, tells one to survive. An absence of fear would disastrously lead to a lack of reverential respect, a lack of survival instincts and ultimately, obfuscation of one's priority pursuits by hubris.

There is darwinian utility in fear, it is not to be disparaged.
